thought it was closer to the BART system.

The beds were comfortable

You can hear everything everywhere. The bathroom looked like an earthquake hit it: tile floor was broken, toilet was crooked, bath water had a brown tint (possible pipe rusting). Mold was all over the under side of sink and in the corners of the shower. Staff were unhelpful and actually lied at check in. We had requested a quiet room for away from the elevator. At check in the worker said they gave us a room very far away and when we arrived at the room, it was right across from the elevators and overlooking the front area where cars drive in to check in (so essentially the loudest room in the whole hotel). When we called down to ask if there was another room she said there were no other rooms and yet the hotel was empty until much later, so I'm sure we could've gotten a better room. The breakfast was like gas station/airport food, but that was to be expected. The ceilings are so low I scraped my hand when putting on my sweater. This is not a hotel. It is crummy motel.

Study had a great bed. And it had pay TV, a safe and a microwave. Location: the hotel was next to San Francisco airport, the airport, BART, and ferry, and a business park. Tried some takeout specials at Wendy's, luckily it was not too far from the venue.

Breakfest is very good, with a good number of choices. The room is big, clean and confortable. Free parking

I saw long hair everywhere on the bed sheets. Guess, they didn't change the sheets.

The location offered great convenience. The complimentary breakfast was diverse, with delicious waffles that stood out. Cleanliness was a major highlight, both in the rooms and common areas. Finding adequate parking during peak hours was a challenge, and the check-in process could be a bit slow at times. Some noise from other guests disrupted the otherwise peaceful atmosphere.

Close to airport, pleasant staff, comfy beds, shuttle to airport was a plus.

Very friendly front desk staff and hard working staff during breakfast hours. Excellent hot breakfast every day. Free parking and WIFI, always strong signals. Location excellent to go to airport or city.

Ongoing construction, but ok.

My only problem was the hard bed.........everything else was A+

I loved that I could easily drive to attractions like Fisherman's Wharf in about 30 minutes, and the complimentary breakfast offered delicious options like fresh smoothies. I did notice that the floors were a bit thin, so noise from above could be heard occasionally.

Airport shuttle was very helpful especialy for flight scheduled very early in the morning. Rooms are very clean. Breakfast was basic but well enough to start the day. Good and helpful service at reception.

Very clean and comfortable. Had an early flight in the morning so just stayed 1 night. Very nice hotel.

Would not stay if visiting San Francisco as it was not convenient to the city.
